Most items are shipped by Small Packet (which always goes by AIR, never surface - this shipping option is the shipping provided on my auction, this does not include insurance OR tracking number) - if you require a quicker, insured service w/ tracking number, let me know before making payment & I can offer suggestions/price ranges (I do not pay out of my own pocket for faster services/insurance/tracking numbers - if you want it, YOU MUST ASK AND PAY FOR IT BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT, do not expect it once it has been shipped out!)
Shipping times are usually as followed & are quite accurate & normal
coming from CANADA (except delays // Holidays, Strikes, Severe Weather Conditions, etc)
*CANADA : usually received within 3-6 Business Days but you MUST ALLOW UP TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS (rarely ever takes this long but has been known to).
*USA : usually received within 5-7 Business Days but you MUST ALLOW UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS (rarely ever takes this long but has been known to).
*International : usually received within 7-10 Business Days but you MUST ALLOW UP TO 35 BUSINESS DAYS, due to the distance and any delays that may occur.
Q - Would You Be Able To Make Me A Custom Made Shirt?
A - Sorry! I do not do ANY custom orders of any sort, not for a duplicate of something I once made, not for a larger size, not for your friends band, etc!
Q - Can You Send This Item Cheaper?
A - I cannot & will not be able to send out anything I have listed cheaper than the stated shipping cost, CanadaPosts shipping charges are much more costly than USPS' Services, and on top of the high shipping cost that you pay me,
I usually end up paying more out of my own pocket to have your item sent to you
I AM CHARGING EXACT or LESS of WHAT THE POST OFFICE CHARGES, THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!
Q - Will You End The Auction Early For Me?
A - I will not end any auctions early, please do not ask this of me - it's unfair to my other customers.
Q - I lost the auction / price has gone too high / computer problems / wasn't home to place bid (etc)....can you make another one of the SAME ------- and sell it on a BUY IT NOW just for me?
A - No, I only ever make one of each item (one of a kind)

Q - Why have you canceled my bid?
A - *I have stated in my auction that 0-5 feedback bidders MUST email me prior to placing their bid just so I know you are serious new bidder - failing to email me about bidding will result in bids being canceled.
*I will cancel any bids from users from locations that I do
not ship to, which is stated in my auctions (SPAIN).
*And, I have the right to use my own discretion whether or not I want certain bidders in my auctions...if I feel you have abused eBay buying by scamming sellers, or have threatened other eBay sellers (from negative or neutral feedback received)...I would rather not to have your business.
Q - The piece I bought from you doesn't fit, Can I send it back and get a refund?
A - I do not offer refunds of any sort, not whole, not partial - not at all.
I am very precise with my measurements - so there is no reason you should be asking to return the piece for a refund.
For Reference, I am 34"B Bust, 26" Waist, 34" Hips.
Most of my pieces (unless stated otherwise) are Petites, it will NOT FIT D (+) BUST SIZES!
Q - I also live in the GTA, Can we do a local pickup?
A - I will not do local pickups, please do not push this!
If you live in the GTA, shipping is only $3.50 & your item will get to you in 1-2 days of shipment.

A - Feel free to ask me/recommend any sort of item you are interested in, but please do not leave it up to me or expect me to email you to let you know I have listed something, instead ; please add me to your favorite sellers & check often as I don't have the time or memory to email those of you who have asked!
