All prices are shown in US dollars. For Canadian customers paying with credit card, we convert the total to Canadian dollars at the time of invoicing, but PayPal sets the exchange rate if you are paying through them.
Canadian customers must also pay the appropriate taxes for your province. Why? Because it is the law.

Your order will ship within 3 business days upon verification of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the night of the shipment. Delivery time is 3-7 business days, provided you are a resident of Canada or the continental US. Shipments to all other destinations will take from 4-8 weeks to arrive.

Many countries impose their own duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Every country is different. We are not responsible for your country’s imposed taxes and other charges. We always ship our items with proper documents and always state the value of the goods as well as the contents of the package.

Protect your investment with Henry’s Extended Life Plan. HELP is designed to let you get the most from your equipment purchase for years to come. You now have a choice of extending the Manufacturer’s warranty for a period of two or three years on all new imaging products, and the Henry's 90 day used warranty for a period of two or three years on all used imaging products. The HELP plan is available to all Henry's eBay, retail, and commercial customers. |
 ANTI LEMON PROTECTION
If, during the warranty period, your product requires repair more than twice for a manufacturer defect, it will be exchanged for an equivalent model at no charge. Please note that the product must have been repaired at an authorized Service Centre and the unit must comply with the terms of the warranty. Software and consumables are excluded from warranty coverage. |

Auction items can be returned for replacement or repair only if defective. Vintage & AS-IS items do not apply. If the item you receive is not in good working order, email us within 5 days of receipt of the item and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and with instructions to return the item. Items will not be accepted back without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We will exchange, repair, or, if the item is no longer available, issue a refund. Shipping, duty, brokerage, & insurance charges are non-refundable. Sorry, exchanges will not be handled at any of our retail locations, and the Henry's Retail
Return/Exchange Policy does not apply to items sold on eBay.
