SHIPPING

Especially For Him & Her Corporation ships its orders exclusively through Canada Post, utilizing either its ground, air or courier services. As we offer a diversity of items that have different weight factors, please review each individual listing to see the shipping and handling charges. Insurance is optional and is listed in each individual listing.

Especially For Him & Her Corporation warehouse normally ships its orders within 24 business hours, but will always ship your order within three business days of the confirmed payment clearance. Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Canada and normal ground shipments transit times are:

• Canada: 2 to 7 business days.
• USA: 4 to 12 business days.
  (The further the distance from the Montreal, which is located just 50 miles north of the New York state border, the longer the transit time).
• International shipping is always done by air and transit times will vary by country.
• With all methods of shipment on the day the item is shipped we will advise our customers via email of it.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

Especially For Him & Her Corporation offers combined shipping discounts to our customers for all orders shipped together. When purchasing more then one item, the item that has the highest shipping cost will be used for the base shipping.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Especially For Him & Her Corporation accepts returns within 7 days of the order being received by our customers (to a maximum of 21 days of us shipping the order). Returns will be accepted back at the customer's expense. Only the actual cost of the item will be reimbursed. Refunds will be given upon the receipt and inspection of the returned item, through the same payment channel as how the original payment was received by us. The item must be in its original condition and not worn. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER AND RA FORM, WHICH WILL BE ISSUED BY US UPON REQUEST FOR SUCH.
