SHIPPING and TERMS:
We include FREE INSURANCE up to $100 within CANADA (this is usually offered for International shipments too, please ask before bidding). Unfortunately, Canada Post will not insure breakables, so these are insured for package loss in transit only. Anything non-breakable and under $100 Cdn in value is ALWAYS considered fully insured when we ship with Canada Post.
In Canada, shipping cost depends on location, however, we can provide immediate confirmed quotes upon request. For single or combined shipping quote requests, Canadians, please provide POSTAL CODE.
Shipping within Canada takes approximately 2-5 days and all shipments include insurance and tracking through Expedited parcel (this is the most economical way to ship). Canadian destination packages ship the very same day as payment is made!
For shipping to the USA, we offer our buyers the uniqueness of USPS shipping from a Canadian seller.
While we live in Canada, once weekly (usually on Monday or Tuesday), we drive to the USA, pre-clear purchases through customs (commercially export) and mail right from NY using the USPS. Most items ship via PRIORITY (lighter items will ship first class), however, with both services, buyers usually receive their packages within 2-3 business days from the date of actual shipping. Larger, bulkier items with big price discrepencies might ship Parcel Post, but only on very rare occasions. We do our best to get your items to you in the least expensive and quickest manner. 95% of the time, we use Priority shipping.
This allows our USA customers to take advantage of both faster and more economical shipping than if we were to ship from Canada. Canada Post's shipping charges from Canada to USA are about double what is charged by USPS. Shipping from Canada to USA usually takes about 2-3 weeks and by us shipping from NY to you, this saves you 1-2 weeks in waiting time!
We do our best to state shipping prices right in the listing so that buyers can make informed deciscions before bidding or purchasing.
PAYPAL is prefered, but Money orders are welcome. We accept all Canadian money orders and we prefer USPS money orders if you are sending from the US. We offer the convenience of both a Canadian and US mailing address for our customers to send payment to. Please request addresses before mailing.
If mailing a money order, please ensure it is done so promptly, as all payments must be received within 7 days of auction's end.
We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases paid through the same paypal payment. Combined shipping is usually ACTUAL shipping costs plus a small s/h fee for each item purchased.
Please be aware that all of our Canadian destination items ship the most efficient and economical route via Canada Post and usually take about 2-5 days to receive. We are happy to go out of our way to get you the best shipping prices and we do get a shipping discount from Canada Post which we pass on to the winning bidder. If you require expedited shipping, please indicate and we will provide prices accordingly at the time of invoicing. We ship immediately upon receipt of payment (7 days a week!)
Once the item is delivered to the post office, we depend on Canada Post and other postal services like USPS to get the item(s) to you. Please be patient.
