1. CUSTOMER SERVICE - We value our customers!  Some of our greatest ideas and products have come from you!  We endeavor to answer all questions and emails within 24 hours.  Our goal is to be available for help and support before and after a sale.

2. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP - We believe in quality and guarantee all of our work.  Your satisfaction is important to us and  if  a product that we made has a defect in materials or does not meet your approval we will repair or replace that item or refund your payment minus the cost of shipping and a small handling fee.

North Art Heritage Music has been making handturned baroque cherry flutes for Music Makers in Minnesota.  For 26 years they have been in the business of designing and refining some of the best acoustic kits and plans available.  We are excited to be able to offer  their  quality instruments and accessories to our customers.  We will be making more products available soon.

When we are not making instruments we can be found teaching or playing them.  Mike is a Journeyman Woodworker who loves to make and play woodwinds and teaches guitar as well.  Debbie is a registered piano teacher for Royal Conservatory of music and tries to find time for her harp.   Debbie also makes our leather carry bags for our instruments.  Our other helpers are a real support and work hard to promote our  products.

If you get a chance to come and visit us you just may find us taking a break and enjoying a roam through the trails on our Icelandic horses, digging in the garden, or cross country skiing - not necessarily in that order!  :)
